Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1 business day for order processing before shipment.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United Arab Emirates: Next business day delivery.
International Orders: Delivered within 2–4 business days via DHL Express.

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays).

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination.
Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders over $195 USD qualify for free shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

The item is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
You would like to exchange your item for a different size.

Returns for any other reason (including change of mind or preference) are not accepted.

Size Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at sayhi@offshorebeachwear.co within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

The cost of return shipping and shipping of the replacement item is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us with: 

Your order number
A clear photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
A brief description of the issue or your requested size

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Replacements & Refunds

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will offer you a replacement of the same item (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
